Diet Whey Protein+
- Mix 1 scoop (30g) with 200ml of water or skimmed milk in a shaker 30-45 minutes as a pre-workout drink. Alternatively, consume 30-60 minutes post workout for best results.
- Drink anytime during the day as a snack between meals to increase your day-to-day protein consumption and avoid cravings.
- Consume 2-3 servings per day.
- When drinking just before bed, mix Diet Protein+ with milk instead of water to slow down the absorption rate.
