Need to return an item? Please fill out our returns form and our customer service team will give you further instructions as soon as possible!
- Contact us through the returns link on your member account or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Inform our customer service team of your order number, after which we will send you a return authorisation number and the return address you will need to send the item to
- Please obtain a proof of postage certificate from the post office, as without this we will be unable to process your refund/replacement in the unfortunate event that your item is damaged or lost in transit to us.
If you have received a damaged item, please send us a photo of the item in the condition which it arrived in. This will help to process your case.
