Returns Checklist

  1. Contact us through the returns link on your member account or via email at
  2. Inform our customer service team of your order number, after which we will send you a return authorisation number and the return address you will need to send the item to
  3. Please obtain a proof of postage certificate from the post office, as without this we will be unable to process your refund/replacement in the unfortunate event that your item is damaged or lost in transit to us.

If you have received a damaged item, please send us a photo of the item in the condition which it arrived in. This will help to process your case.
