1. Use of the website
The Plus Protein website is provided to consumers who wish to order our products via www.plus-protein.com and/or www.plus-protein.co.uk. The terms and conditions of the offerings of our products and services are explained throughout this page.
By using the website, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as our Privacy and Cookies Policy. Furthermore, you must use this website lawfully and cannot use the website to do any of the following activities:
- Distributing abusive, unlawful, threatening, harmful or obscene material.
- Distributing material which promotes usage of a criminal nature.
- Illegally accessing computers and disrupting websites and networks connected to Plus Protein.
- Disrupting the enjoyment/experience of Plus Protein’s website for other users.
- Breach of public telecommunications laws.
- Storing electronic equipment without permission from the owner.
Such activities will result in account closure and potential criminal proceedings. Plus Protein is not liable for any loss or damage due to outside web attacks (viruses, worms, trojans and anything else designed to harm and disrupt network and computer operations.
2. Future Amendments
Plus Protein reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. If any changes are made, we will endeavour to notify you via the e-mail address you registered with. Alternatively, we may announce the changes on the website in a manner that is clear and accessible to you. The changes will be in effect immediately after we give the announcement.
If you do not agree with the updated terms and conditions, then we recommend that you should not continue to use the website. If you continue to use our website after the amendments, then you accept the updated terms and conditions along with our privacy & cookie policies.
To make an order with Plus Protein you must register a new account with us. To successfully register on the website you must:
- Submit accurate, current and complete details into our registration form; and not impersonate another person or entity.
- Notify us immediately if there are any changes to your personal information using the account details section found on ‘My Account’.
- Confirm that you are 16 years of age or older.
- Understand that you are entering a binding contract.

5. Ordering With Us
To make an order with us, you must be 16 years of age and logging into or registering a new account by submitting your correct email address, name and telephone number.
When ordering on our website, an electronic contract is created between you and Plus Protein when we debit your credit/debit card or PayPal account. In that time, we will send you an order confirmation email. If you notice an error on the order confirmation email, you must contact us immediately via firstname.lastname@example.org. The contract will be fulfilled when the products have been dispatched. At this point we will notify you a dispatch confirmation email.
The products & services sold on our website are not for distribution or re-sale. You must not attempt to modify any of our products. Plus Protein reserves the right to suspend any accounts and cancel any orders where we may suspect that our products are being ordered in breach of this.
Plus Protein reserves the right to not process, cancel or postpone orders. In such cases, we will notify you via email and issue refunds when necessary. There may be situations where we may be unable to be process your order. Such situations may include:
- If the item is no longer in stock.
- We are unable to authorise the payment from the details you provided us.
- If there are errors with product pricing or descriptive errors.
- If you do not meet the eligibility in accordance to our terms and conditions.
6. Prices & Payment
All prices on the website are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT (unless stated otherwise), but are exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping prices are calculated separately and will be displayed and added to the total price of your order at the basket checkout stage. This total price on the order form will be the total amount payable including the cost of shipping. Plus Protein reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, this will not affect orders for which you have received a dispatch confirmation email.
Plus Protein does its best to ensure that all prices quoted on the website are correct, however there may be rare events where errors may occur that are out of our control. If such an error occurs, we are not liable for supplying the product(s) to you at the stated price. If we find a pricing error in your order, Plus Protein will contact you to give you the opportunity to either finalise the order at the correct price or cancel the order. If you have paid, decide to cancel your order and the goods haven’t been dispatched yet, you will receive a full refund.
To pay for your order you will be required to pay in GBP and use any of the methods of payment that are listed on the website checkout menu. If you plan to pay by debit or credit card, you must confirm that the debit/credit card is yours and supply the details in the checkout menu. All card payments will be subjected to validation checks and authorisation by the respective card issuer. If Plus Protein does not receive authorisation from the card issuer, you will be notified and the order will be placed on hold.
When creating a new account with Plus Protein you will be required to provide a secure password which will be used every time you log onto the website. This password must be 6 – 12 characters long and contain letters and numbers. To ensure the safety of your data, you must not share your password details with anyone. It is your responsibility to keep this information secure and you will be held accountable for all actions that occur whilst your username and password are in use. This includes any orders that are made via the website.
If you feel that someone else knows your password, you must contact us immediately. If we suspect that there is potential misuse of the website or fraudulent activity, we may suspend your account or request a password change. We cannot be held liable for any third party unauthorised access to your personal information and any other data you may have used on our website.
8. Voucher Code Terms And Conditions
Plus Protein voucher codes are to be used on our website (www.plus-protein.com). These vouchers allow you a certain percentage off a certain product or basket total for your online order. Each type of voucher will clearly specify the type and value of the discount.
To redeem a voucher, enter the voucher code at the basket page when making a purchase. Voucher codes are limited to one use per customer.
Customers must be aware of the current voucher restrictions:
- Additional accounts cannot be created to exploit the use of single-use voucher more than once. If we suspect this, Plus Protein reserves the right to cancel such orders and close customer accounts.
- Voucher codes cannot be used simultaneously with any other discount code.
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed after their expiration date. Check the voucher terms to find this.
- Voucher codes remain the property of Plus Protein and are not transferable.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
- Plus Protein reserves the right to withdraw, or refuse voucher codes at any time.
- Plus Protein is not responsible for vouchers previously used, lost or stolen.
- Voucher codes and discounts purchased, or provided, from a third-party voucher code website are subject to any further terms and conditions found on the third party’s website.
9. Refer A Friend System
Plus Protein gives you the chance to get rewards for referring your friends to our website. To refer someone, go to the ‘My Account’ page and click ‘Refer a Friend’. Clicking the ‘send’ button will generate an email with a discount code to the person you have specified. You will only be able to refer people if you have registered with our website and have previously made an order with us.
Referral links must be sent to a new customer who hasn’t placed an order with us before (“referee”). The referee will have to finalise an order on our website and enter their referral code at the checkout stage. When we receive payment and the order is dispatched we will send you an email with a successful referral reward voucher code.
To prevent misuse and fraudulent activity, Plus Protein limits the number of referral codes to one account per individual and per household. If we suspect fraudulent use, we will revoke the offer and potentially open an investigation on the mentioned accounts.
Referral codes cannot be redeemed after the expiration date. This will be visible on the referee’s email. Plus Protein reserves the right to amend or withdraw the referral scheme at any time without prior notice. Referral codes have no cash value and are non-transferable. Cancelled orders are not eligible and will not result in successful referral rewards. All decisions made by Plus Protein are final and non-negotiable.
10. Subscription Bundles / Servcies
Plus Protein’s subscription bundles consist of a monthly charge which is shown on our website and at the review order stage on the checkout menu. Your order represents an offer to Plus Protein to buy a monthly subscription. All orders are subject to acceptance by Plus Protein. Plus Protein is not obliged to accept your order and may decline to accept any order. When your order has been accepted, we will confirm the acceptance by sending you an order confirmation and product dispatch email.
By purchasing one of our subscription bundles, you acknowledge that your subscription will have an initial and recurring payment feature. By acknowledging this, you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will automatically renew for consecutive monthly periods and Plus Protein will submit a monthly charge without further authorisation from you, unless you submit a cancellation request with sufficient notice. Your monthly payment date will automatically be debited on the same date of each month. For example, if you purchase a subscription on the 4th of the month, the payment date will be the 4th of each month. If you wish to change the payment date for your subscription, please contact Plus Protein customer service via: email@example.com.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to the subscriptions tab via ‘My Account’ on the website and pressing ‘cancel’. However, we advise that you give at least 48 hours notice before the next scheduled payment date to ensure that no products are incorrectly dispatched to you. You can re-subscribe at any time following your cancellation by making a new subscription purchase on the website.
We currently deliver to UK addresses only and delivery of any subscription products is subject to extra charges which are displayed in the order confirmation screen. You will be expected to cover these charges and any additional fees incurred because of goods being returned due to supplying an incorrect address.
If a subscription renewal fails due to insufficient funds, Plus Protein will retry for payment every day for the next 5 days. If the payment is still unsuccessful after this period, we will cancel your subscription(s) and any pending shipments. All of which will be communicated to you via your registered email address. If for any reason we cannot dispatch your subscription bundles due to lack of stock, we will suspend the order dispatch and notify you of the product(s) that cannot be shipped in the bundle. We will endeavour to find suitable replacements and give you the chance to either continue with the replacement products, suspend your subscription until the product(s) are back in stock or cancel your subscription. Information on suitable product replacements and inventory levels will be communicated to you via email.
11. Returns And Refunds
When returning a product that was available on offer, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the product at the time. However, products that were sold as part of a bundle can only be returned and refunded when the complete order is returned. Individual products will not be returned and refunded separately. Please see our Returns Checklist for more detail.
12. Availability And Liability Of The Plus Protein Website
Although we take all steps to ensure that the website is always running constantly for everyone, Plus Protein cannot always guarantee that the website will always work as we intend it to work. If you do experience difficulties or encounter unexpected errors, please contact us via: firstname.lastname@example.org with all relevant details of the fault or issues you are experiencing. In some cases, we may suspend access to the website for indefinite periods of time to fix issues and ensure reliable service.
Any risk associated with use of the internet are not of any responsibility of Plus Protein. We will always to endeavour that all our website content is correct and accurate. However, we will not be responsible for any errors or technical problems with the website. We are also not liable for incompatibility of the website with your device or telecommunication networks and the website failing to meet your requirements. We will not be liable for any special or punitive damages that are caused to you using the Plus Protein website.
13. Product Liability
In the unlikely event that you receive products which are damaged, defective, or not what you had ordered, or are of a different quantity that you were expecting, Plus Protein shall, at its own discretion replace, repair any damaged or defective goods and deliver promptly if a non-delivery has occurred. Alternatively, Plus Protein will refund you to the amount you paid for the products in question, providing that you contact us immediately via email: email@example.com within 5 working days of delivery of the products. This will not affect your statutory rights.
All products listed on the Plus Protein website are supplied for private domestic & consumer use only. As a result, we will not claim any liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property, death or personal injury caused by negligence or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the site or for any products or services purchased from Plus Protein.
All our products have been designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Our products are nutritional supplements which should be used in combination with a balanced diet and training regime and should not be used as a sole source of nutrition. If you experience any negative reactions with any of our products, please stop use of the product and seek medical advice as soon as possible.
14. Third Party Websites
Plus Protein will not take responsibility for content of any third party websites that you may enter via our website. Any content accessed outside our website is beyond our control.
Plus Protein only sell to addresses within the UK. Plus Protein retains the right to exclude certain areas for delivery, these restrictions can be found in our delivery information section on the checkout screen. We aim to fulfil your order within the delivery timescales set out in your dispatch confirmation email. If no delivery date is specified, we will aim to have your order delivered within 30 days of the dispatch confirmation email, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
The expected delivery date will be specified in the checkout screen, depending on the delivery option you have chosen. Your order will be delivered to the address that you specify in the checkout screen. If you make an error and provide the wrong address, we will not be able to amend it if your current order has been dispatched. However, you can change it via the My Account section for future orders.
If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we may send the order to you without that specific product and send it at a later date or substitute it with an alternative product. We will always contact you via email if this is the case. You have the right to refuse this option if this occurs. In the unlikely event where any products are damaged, defective, or are of poor quality, then you must contact us immediately when you receive the products to arrange a replacement or refund.
You are responsible for ensuring that a person is present on the day of delivery. If this is not possible then the order may be sent to a local Royal Mail Delivery Office for pickup, or the order will be returned to us. If your order has been sent back to us, we will contact you and will redeliver them to you (at your expense for the postage). If you don’t respond to our communications within 14 working days, you will be refunded, but we will retain the delivery costs that have been incurred by us at our attempts to deliver the products to you.
If you instruct us in the order notes that you would like your delivery to be left outside your address, or other location, then Plus Protein will not have any liability for the products that have been left once our courier has delivered your product(s).
16. Events Outside of Our Control
Plus Protein will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by exceptional circumstances outside of our control (“Force Majeure Events”). These include any accident, act, or event beyond our reasonable control and includes (but is not limited to) the following:
- Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action.
- Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
- Impossibility of the use of transport networks, including railways, motor transport, sea, aircraft, or any public or private transport.
- Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war, or threat or preparation of war.
- Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
- Legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
17. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the English law and will be settled in English courts if required.
